Special Fund - in Support of Wellness

This year our special fund supports all things Wellness at AMS.

Recognizing that middle school students experience so many kinds of stressors throughout the day, we would like to support the School's effort to create a Wellness Space and to provide Wellness programming.

The Wellness Space is a room, staffed by a Wellness instructor, where students can visit when they recognize the need to decompress. Funding would also support Wellness instructional programs that teach kids how to modulate themselves and/or their environment to de-stress and reach calmness so they can carry on with their day as best they can.
